“HTC Sense is a new concept which introduced by HTC, many people hold the opinon that it is the new name of TouchFLO, or a new UI of mobile phone. Actually , HTC Sense is not just only change in the interface, but a design concept. This new idea will enhance the user experience, and let mobile phone become more people-oriented, such as mobile phone can switch time zone,local weather, calendar and so on automatically according to the geographical location,” with respect to the latest HTC Sense interface which launched by HTC , Mr. Wang Jinghong who is the HTC chief marketing officer of TaiWan in an interview said.
Moreover, Mr. Wang Jinghong also said that HTC Sense is not proprietary to Hero, this philosophy will be extended to all HTC phones in the future, and Hero is just the first mobile phone which uses HTC Sense. Not only this idea promote in Android phones, but also Windows Mobile phones should be applied.
To our delight, Sense interface will be used in HTC Magic, but myTouch 3G of T-Mobile’s and the Magic phones with “with Google” Certification can not. The reason is T-Mobile and other operators signed a number of Android licensing agreement, it can not change their user interface easily. But Android has been known to open, you can try to refresh if you like Sense interface.
