Replaced the screen , and now I can see the whole screen , but a black vertical line shows on right about 4" wide.
I re-did the operation 3 times , but still same thing. I'm thinking There is a problem with the driver ?
Let me know what to do please, if you know.

Sherry Jarrard,
You can test your laptop with an external screen first, if your external screen works well, then you can replace the screen with a new one; if the external screen can not work well too, you can try to replug the graphic card.

I dropped my laptop and half of the screen is all scrambled. It looks like it got stuck on windows and the only thing I can do is turn it off and on. Can I just replace the screen or will I have to buy a new laptop? Help!

Thanks,
