    remove LCD screen bezel and bracket

    As everyone knows that the screen bezel is held in place by the screws, and the screws are covered with the rubber covers. So when you want to remove the LCD screen bezel and brackets, you have to remove the screws first. Importantly, you had better remember where every screw will go.

    As you can see, there are two screws with rubber covers on the bottom of the screen. Using a sharp plastic tool to remove the rubber covers which will protect your laptop from being scratch. And be sure you have removed all the rubber covers.

    Remove Screw Covers


    When you removed the rubber covers, you can remove the screws at the bottom of the display bezel on either side. You had better place them safely as you will reuse them latter.

    As you have removed all the screws, you can remove the screen bezel now. Using your fingertips, carefully insert into the inside edge of the display bezel. Unsnap the screen bezel from the corner to the both sides of the screen slowly.

    Now you have removed the screen bezel, you will find the brackets which are keep the screen firmly. The following steps are dealing with the screen brackets.

    Now you may have to unscrew the screws which are holding the bracket. There are total 6 screws with three screws on each side in this laptop.
