Samsung released the world’s first phone with 3D display— Samsung SCH-W960—in South Korea, people do not wear any special glasses, and can enjoy the 3D stereo display. The dimension of Samsung W960 AMOLED 3D is 113.9×53.9×13.9mm, and the weight of Samsung W960 is 120.6g.
Samsung SCH-W960 features a 3.2 inches screen with the resolution of 240×40 pixels and 16 million color 3D AMOLED capacitive touch screen. Just press the 3D button, the screen can be switched to stereo display. Samsung SCH-W960 is equipped with a TouchWiz 2.0 interface, supports DMB mobile TV.
Samsung SCH-W960 also comes with a camera with the resolution of 3.2 million pixel camera, MicroSD card slot, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR.
Samsung SCH-W960 supports GSM / HSPA networks, and will cooperate with the South Korean carrier SKT and sell in Korea; the device is expected to launch Q2 this year, while the price is not disclosed.
