Hi Rick,
You can enter BIOS interface to see whether the screen has the same problem or not; if the screen has the same problem, it means that the screen is bad and out of work. And you had better test your laptop with external screen to make sure what the problem is.
What’s more, the inverter may lead to brightness problem, but not the color issues.

My zv5000 screen gets rainbows then blacks out. read on line this is the inverter. What do you think?? is it the lcd screen?? need some help. please e-mail response

My charger connector pins are shot. Do you know where to buy the motherboard?

I’ve disassembled the phone to get to the charger conection on the motherboard. I will look locally for someone to replace the standard connection on the motherboard but need a backup plan

Advatages
1.Multi tasking
2.Latest Windows Mobile 6.5
3.Wi-fi/Hsdpa/3g
4.Perfect windows media player,you can even add more skins.
5.Supports java

Disadvantages
1.Slow internet explorer,microsoft i don’t know what you were thinking
2.It ”pauses” applications when multi tasking,the multi tasking is poor especially when running active applications like mig,mxit,facebook. I give it 3/10.
3.You can’t copy and paste on mxit.

LG Cookie Plus GS500v doesn’t come with Andriod OS, it just supports 3GP/MPEG-4 video format.
